Wedding and Events Co-ordinator
An exciting new role has opened up for a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator at Castle Leslie Estate. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role in a four or five star hotel. You must be highly organised and attention to detail is of paramount importance in this role. You will be responsible for the assignments and delegation of tasks in line with the business needs, will have a full knowledge of the hotel facilities and capabilities, will participate in management meetings and be able to communicate all details from the client and relate to all departments. You must be enthusiastic, customer focused and friendly with the ability to work well under pressure, possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently, be responsible for meeting and showing potential couples and clients around the Estate. Finally, you must follow the hotel standards of operation and departmental procedures and ensure that all requests are dealt with according to the Estates' policies and standards.
Chef de Partie
We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to become part of our talented and award winning team. A passion for food and a positive attitude are a must for this role. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work in a high volume, excellent quality catering business and bring a wide range of skills to ensure that food is served to the highest standards that we expect.
We are seeking a full-time Banqueting Chef to become part of our talented and award winning team. The successful candidate will need to maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production and to assist in service under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef. You will need to demonstrate the highest levels of catering professionalism, customer service and have a positive attitude in everything you do.
Head Pastry Chef
We are seeking a full-time Head Pastry Chef to become part of our talented and award winning team. The ideal candidate for this role understands the subtle ways that different flavors work together and has an appreciation for artistic presentation. A keen eye for detail is essential in this role. At least three years’ experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of HACCP, the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure and have strong negotiation and communication skills.
Castle Leslie Estate is offering this exciting role to someone with a passion for food. You will work under the direct supervision of the Exective Head Chef and his team. You will assist in all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation. Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
We are hiring a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our successful team. Your main duties will include cleaning and organising all dishes and cutlery as well as the rest of the kitchen. The successful candidate must be flexible to work various evening shifts and be fluent in English.
Food and Beverage Assistants
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Food and Beverage Assistants. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a hotel or bar capacity
within a 4* or 5* hotel property.
