The chosen candidates' main duties will include guest check in and out, greeting internal and external visitors as the front of house receptionist, cash handling, dealing with queries and redirecting calls to the relevant personnel. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not esstential as full training will be provided.
This is a challenging opportunity for a talented and highly motivated individual. The successful candidate must have energy, a can do attitude and a flexible approach to working hours (weekend work applies). The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have consistently achieved and maintained the highest levels of customer service and standards in their current or previous roles. They must work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role is desirable and full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will need to maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production. You will need to demonstrate the highest levels of catering professionalism, customer service and have a positive attitude in everything you do. As well as working very closely with the Front of House team.
