Receptionist & Switchboard Operator

We are looking to fill the above positions in the Rooms Divisions Department at Castle Leslie Estate.  Candidates should be out going and possess good Customer Care skills.  Previous experience would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Events Co-ordinator:

  • Events Co-ordinator required to join the sales team. You will aid with the day to day management of the wedding & events department, in order to maximise occupancy, revenue & yield. You will ensure that all sales enquiries are dealt with, be involved with converting business & generating sales through showrounds & meetings. The perfect candidate must have similar experience within a hotel environment. You must have huge attention to detail, be able to think ahead & develop contingencies, have excellent communication skills & customer service skills.

Yard Manager:

  • Yard Manager required for busy Castle Leslie Equestrian Centre.  Main duties will include teaching and running the yard.  4-5 years experience in the same or similar role is essential. Candidate must hold a BHS AI qualification and a relevant degree is desirable but not essential.

Experienced Full-Time Restaurant Personnel for Snaffles at The Lodge:

  • Candidates must have previous experience working in a restaurant 

Experienced Full-time and Part-time bar personnel:

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a bar capacity
    within a 4* or 5* hotel property

Accommodation Assistants: 

  • The chosen candidates will be responsible for servicing to an exceptional high standard our  guest bedrooms, self catering accommodation, and public areas at Castle Leslie Estate.  Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Chefs of all levels:

  • Experience necessary.
