Part-time Receptionist

The chosen candidate's main duties will include guest check in and out, greeting internal and external visitors as the front of house receptionist,cash handling, dealing with queries and redirecting calls to the relevant personnel.  Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

Part-time Concierge

The chosen candidate's main duties will include assistance with guest check in and out, working alongside our Accommodation Department and a full clean driving licence. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.

Restaurant Manager:

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our 2 AA Rosette award winning Snaffles Restaurant at The Lodge.  Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working in a restaurant within a 4* or 5* hotel property.  The candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be a customer focused individual with excellent people skills.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager:

Candidates must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to lead and multi-task. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across our bar/restaurant and banqueting facilities and must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a 4* or 5* hotel property.

Experienced Full-time and Part-time Restaurant and Bar Personnel:

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in a bar capacity within a 4* or 5* hotel property.
