Chef de Partie
We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to become part of our talented and award winning team. A passion for food and a positive attitude are a must for this role. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work in a high volume, excellent quality catering business and bring a wide range of skills to ensure that food is served to the highest standards that we expect.
Demi Chef de Partie
We are seeking a full-time Demi Chef de Partie to become part of our talented and award winning team. The successful candidate will need to maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production and to assist in service under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and the Executive Chef. You will need to demonstrate the highest levels of catering professionalism, customer service and have a positive attitude in everything you do.
Full-Time and Part-time Restaurant and Bar Personnel:
Castle Leslie Estate is seeking motivated, friendly and customer focused candidates to join their award winning team. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
We are seeking a fully qualified aesthetician and body therapist with a minimum of two years’ experience in a spa or salon. The successful candidate must be able to work off their own initiative, have excellent customer service skills and be able to work as part of a team. This role involves weekend work. It would be an advantage if qualified in the field of alternative therapies but not essential as full training will be provided.
Assistant Treatment Rooms Manager
We are looking for a confident, competent individual who excels in excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be a fully trained therapist with a minimum of two to three years’ experience in the spa industry. Excellent computer skills and administration duties and a good telephone manner are a must. The successful candidate will:
· Assist the spa staff in daily tasks, work alongside the Spa Manager and be able to lead a team.
· Record and monitor all sales, cost and cash handling procedures.
· Be able to use their own initiative within this role.
· Respond to guest enquiries and concerns.
· Solve guests concerns.
· Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the estate.
· Maintain treatment rooms premises and ensure clients well-being at all times.
· Be able to work under pressure.
· Assist in training of new staff in the treatment rooms
