To apply for Castle Leslie Club membership, you must do the following:
- Download a copy of the application here, or obtain a hard copy from Castle Leslie itself.
Download a pdf version of the Castle Leslie Club Membership form - Complete the application in full.
- Return the completed application to Castle Leslie to the following address:

Membership is strictly limited, with applications requiring Club Committee's approval. Once accepted, you pay a joining fee followed by an annual fee that includes your spouse or long-term partner.
