Andrew BradleyExecutive ChefAndrew joined Castle Leslie Estate in November 2008 and has a wealth of culinary experience. Before heading up the team of chefs at the estate he worked in the internationally renowned K Club for eleven years and then at The Marriott Hotel Group for two years.
Karen OrbaySales Manager - Weddings Karen joined the Estate in 2008 and has an honours degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has extensive experience in events, sales, food and beverage and front office. She has meticulous attention to detail and has a very friendly and personal approach. Her goal is to deliver an unforgettable wedding experience for all her couples.
Helen McManusEvent ManagerHaving joined the team in September 2013, Helen's wealth of experience in the events industry has brought a wonderful energy to the team. She is passionate about creating inspirational events at Castle Leslie Estate. Ultimately,Helen aims to ensure the journey of planning and experiencing an event with us is collaborative fun, straight forward and unforgettable.
Deneise LarmerSenior Events Co-ordinator Deneise joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2012 and is an integral and fun loving member of the team. She prides herself on creating weddings that leave lasting memories. One of her favourite parts of her job is developing amazing professional relationships with her bridal couples and then seeing their dream become a reality on the day.
Roisin DevineEvents Co-ordinator Roisin joined the team in 2014. She has worked closely with wedding couples for many years and has a wealth of experience in both Banqueting Management and Event Co-ordination. She prides herself in providing a stress free experience for all her couples and her passion is joining you in the build up to your special day that can only be delivered in our unique and truly exceptional manner.
John MathewsAssistant Food & Beverage ManagerJohn has worked in the area of hospitality all of his professional career, working in his families business before joining Castle Leslie Estate in 2016 as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. John prides himself on his attention to detail and the quality of service he delivers to each and every wedding guest on the estate.
Johnathan BellewBanqueting ManagerJonathan has worked at Castle Leslie since 2008 and held his own wedding reception at Castle Leslie Estate! Jonathan is a local man and lives in Glaslough village. What he likes the most about his job is meeting new people and greeting our guests with his warm and friendly personality. He gets a great feeling about making someone's wedding day very special and seeing the smile on their face.
Jovita RaibieneAssistant Reservations ManagerJovita joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2007 and has been our Assistant Reservations Manager since 2015. Jovita is responsible for co-ordinating the entire accommodation requirements for our wedding couples. She has a wealth of experience in customer service, is multi-lingual and an integral part of the Castle Leslie Estate team.
