One of the most popular birds is Harris Hawk (Parabuteo Unicinctus) who was first trained for Falconry in the 1960's. It is intelligent, versatile and naturally sociable which enables the falconers to build an enviable relationship with the hawk. They come from the southern United States and central America and are predominantly a desert species of raptor.

For an action-packed activities, groups of up to 5 people can be taken in the morning or afternoon to learn how to Hunt as part of a team.
Displays are also available for weddings and events with falconry demonstrations.
