Nestled on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, the Estate is dotted with ancient woodlands and glittering lakes providing a unique setting for timeless wedding memories. In the hands of its founding family since the mid 17th Century, the Estate is steeped in history and provides an incredibly romantic and unique atmosphere for your special day.
At Castle Leslie Estate, we can accomodate 3 different styles of wedding celebration. Choose from:
- The magnificent Castle at Castle Leslie Estate is full of old world grandeur and character where we can cater for wedding parties with up to 80 guests.
- The charming Lodge at Castle Leslie Estate is an enchanting Victorian building where we can cater for intimate wedding parties with up to 60 guests. Less formal than the Castle, it has an abundance of nooks and crannies where you can relax with friends and family on your special day.
- For larger wedding parties, The Pavilion is an interesting and flexible space overlooking Glaslough Lake that can cater for up to 220 guests.
You can enjoy exclusive use of the Castle or indeed the entire Estate, with your family and friends, and make the most of all the exciting features and services that Castle Leslie Estate has to offer. Both the Castle and the Lodge are licensed for civil ceremonies and there are also a number of beautiful ceremony venues within close proximity.
On the grounds of the Estate, we have a variety of accommodation to suit all tastes. In total, there are 127 bedrooms located in the Castle, Lodge, and in the self-catering Old Stable Mews and Village Cottages.
At Castle Leslie Estate, we have a reputation for fabulous food and we pride ourselves on preparing simple dishes using the freshest ingredients. Our chefs source regional and artisan foods locally and prepare and present them with imagination and flair.
