Brian joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2008 and has worked within the international hospitality sector for the past 20+ years. Prior to joining Castle Leslie Estate, Brian has worked for a number of leading hotels in Ireland, the UK, Australia and USA. Brian holds a BA Hons Degree in Hotel Business Management.
Kevin joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2008 having worked in hotels for the last 14 years in the UK and Ireland. Kevin has a BSC degree in Hospitality Management from DIT Cathal Brugha Street.
Philip joined Castle Leslie Estate in January 2018 and has over 25 years experience. Before heading up the team of chefs at the estate he was the Executive Head Chef in a number of 5 star Hotels, most recently at Sheen Falls and prior to this at Aghadoe Heights and Fota Island Resort. Philip has recently completed a Master in Culinary Arts Development.
Olivia joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2009 and has almost 20 years sales and marketing experience in the Irish hospitality sector. Olivia holds a BA Hons degree and Post Graduate Hons Diploma in Public Relations and Marketing and has worked with some of the leading hotel brands in Ireland during her career.
Eimear joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2011 and has over 15 years sales and marketing experience within 4* and 5* hotels. Eimear is a self-motivated, dynamic and driven person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She holds a BA Hons International degree from UCD and a Post Grad in Digital Marketing from DCU.
Patricia joined Castle Leslie Estate in June 2011 and has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in both Ireland the UK. Patricia holds a Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management. She was involved in the pre-opening of the 5 star Lough Erne Resort, which hosted the G8 summit in 2013.
Karen joined the Estate in 2008 having previously worked in Sales and Events with O Callaghan Hotels in Dublin. She has an honours degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has extensive experience in events, sales, food and beverage and front office.
Helen joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2013. Prior to joining the team she headed up the Event Management Department of Ireland’s most popular visitor and event space, The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin.
Margaret joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2010 and has years of national and international experience in the area of Accommodation Services. Having previously worked in the Auburn Lodge Hotel in Ennis, Margaret has also worked in New York for over 5 years.
Jackie joined Castle Leslie Estate on New Year’s Eve in 1993 and has been with the Estate over 20 years! She knows every corner of Castle Leslie Estate like the back of her hand. : Jackie has a diploma from the National College of Ireland in Management and Human Resources.
Dessie joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2004. He has a H.N.D in Landscape & Amenity Horticulture with Garden Design, and a Diploma in Floristry Art. Dessie has over 20 years’ experience in floristry and horticulture in private & commercial gardens.
Sinead joined Castle Leslie Estate in 2007 and has worked in the beauty and holistic industry for almost 20 years. She has a diploma with distinction in Beauty and is qualified in Psychological Counselling. Sinead has also completed her master level in Reiki.
Rowena Parker has over 30 years financial experience in the hotel industry both in Ireland and UK. She’s worked with Great Southern Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts and the 5 Star Savoy Hotel in London before joining Castle Leslie Estate in 2009 where she is now responsible for the financial management of the estate.
Sinead joined the team at Castle Leslie Estate in 2017. She has over 7 years HR experience including developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation and training. Her career has included management and consulting positions with large, mid-sized and small companies in various industries.
Alan joined Castle Leslie Estate in September 2018. A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management, Alan trained in Switzerland at The Four Seasons Hotel Geneva and worked for 3 years in the world's iconic 7 Star Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai. He has also held Management roles in Irish hotels including the pre-opening of The Marker Hotel, Carton House and most recently Bellinter House.
