Food & Beverage Assistants
We are recruiting waiting staff for Snaffles Restaurant at The Lodge. Candidates must have excellent presentation, customer service and communication skills. The roles will involve working midweek and weekends. Experience in a waiting position would be a distinct advantage however full training will be provided. An excellent command of the English language is required.
The successful candidate must have energy, a can do attitude and a flexible approach to working hours (weekend work applies). The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate that they have consistently achieved and maintained the highest levels of customer service and standards in their current or previous roles. They must work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Chef de Partie
We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to become part of our talented and award winning team. A passion for food and a positive attitude are a must for this role. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work in a high volume, excellent quality catering business and bring a wide range of skills to ensure that food is served to the highest standards that we expect.
Castle Leslie Estate is offering these exciting roles to individuals with a passion for food. You will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Head Chef and his team. You will assist in all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation. Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
We are hiring a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our successful team. Your main duties will include cleaning and organising all dishes and cutlery as well as the rest of the kitchen. The successful candidate must be flexible to work various evening shifts and be fluent in English.
The chosen candidates will be responsible for servicing to an exceptional high standard our guest bedrooms, self-catering accommodation and all public areas at Castle Leslie Estate. Experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate must possess an excellent command of the English language and have great presentation and communication skills. The successful candidate must meet and greet guests in a friendly & courteous manner and assist reception with check in’s, rooming and check outs. A full clean driving licence is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of the leading Equestrian Centers in Ireland. The successful candidate’s main duties will include teaching and 4-5 years’ experience in the same or similar role is essential. The ideal candidate will have energy, a can do attitude and a flexible approach to working hours (weekend work applies). All applicants must have a BHSAI and third level qualification.
