Castle Leslie Estate has become the first hotel in Monaghan to complete Failte Ireland’s Accredited Service Excellence Programme.
The Service Excellent Award is a wonderful tourism initiative in which the customer is always seen as king.
The Programme is aimed at helping tourism attractions and businesses to put the customer first and foremost in everything they do and to reach the highest standards in customer care. The upshot of which can result in major benefits such as business growth, additional repeat business, increased visitor spend and positive recommendations.

The team at Castle Leslie Estate completed specialised training modules that covered areas such as best in class service, customer standards, enhancing the guest journey and cultural awareness.
